If a payment fails, you’ll see an option to Retry or go Back to Home. You can try again using a different payment method.

If you’ve entered an incorrect number, tap the Change button before confirming the payment. If the top-up is already processed, unfortunately, it cannot be reversed, so please double-check before proceeding.
